Jaw Realignment Massage
For people who grind their teeth, sleep improperly, or otherwise hold too much tension in the jaw, the muscles around the temporomandibular joint can clench up, creating a lateral force on the jaw as it moves through the joint, often causing it to click or pop out of the groove that it should be in for smooth opening and closing. One way to treat this is through manual release techniques to alleviate the tension.
