Titanium Tea
Ingredients
- 1 Pu-erh tea bag
- pinch of green tea leaves, or 1 green tea bag
- dash of turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ginger shavings
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
- Steep tea, turmeric, and ginger for 60-90 seconds in a teapot.
- Pour into a teacup, add coconut oil, and stir.[1]
