Titanium Tea
Ingredients
- 1 Pu-erh tea bag
- pinch of green tea leaves, or 1 green tea bag
- dash of turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ginger shavings
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
- Steep tea, turmeric, and ginger for 60-90 seconds in a teapot.
- Pour into a teacup, add coconut oil, and stir.[1]
Dr. John Douillard’s Decoction Tea
This combination of herbs soften and soothe mucous membranes all the way from the throat to the stomach to the small and large intestines, creating an environment allows flushes the lymph system and allows good bacteria to multiply while providing adaptogen like effects that protect the bacteria from stress and environmental irritants. Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Slippery elm bark
- 1 tbsp Marshmallow root
- 1 tbsp Licorice root
- 2 quarts water
Directions Soak the chopped herbs in water overnight. Boil the mixture down to 1/2 quart in the morning. Strain the through a metal strainer, using a large spoon to push it through. Save the liquid and discard the herbs.
Usage Take 1 tablespoon of the liquid every two hours on an empty stomach for one month, sometimes two months if needed.

NAD Booster Tea[2]
-Mix 1-2 teaspoons of pau d' arco tree bark with 4-8 ounces of warm water and allow it to sit overnight for 10-12 hours.
-In a good blender for 2-3 minutes, blend the water and soaked bark with fats, which will form liposomes that can increase absorption of the beta-lapachone from the tea. For fats, you can use ghee, brain octane oil , coconut oil, olive oil, fish oil or full fat coconut milk – but Dr. Mercola advised me that the best solution, aside from a special krill oil formulation that is not yet available on the market, is simply a half teaspoon of organic, non-GMO sunflower lecithin, which contains good amounts of phosphatidylcholine, an excellent way to make phospholipids.
-For even more absorption, add 1-2 teaspoons of organic turmeric powder to this mixture.

- Lakanto monk fruit sweetener to taste
Antiviral Immune-Boosting Tea
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/8th tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 2 cups hot water
Add all ingredients except honey. Simmer on stove for 10 minutes, add honey, drink. It is best to sip this throughout the day.
